- PetTravelCenter will issue a refund only if the product and packaging is in a new unused and resalable condition. If the product is received in less than new and resalable condition, no credit will be issued.
- Customers are responsbile for all return shipping costs.
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
How To Request a Return
To return your product, you will need to include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)#. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA#. Please contact us at email@example.com to obtain an RMA# and return shipping instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns which will be deducted from your original method of payment.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (different size or color), send us an email at email@example.com and we will be happy to work with you on the exchange.
