Dog Collars
Dog collars provide a means for you to have a place to hold on to your pet with your hand or by attaching a leash to it. Versatile pet collars, such as the Quick Control dog collars, have a built-in, retractable leash for instant control of your pet. This is very handy when visitors come to your door and your pooch wants to excitedly greet them. Dog collars are best used for walking with your pet. They should not be used for attaching a seat belt latch to them or to attach a leash tether, as found in many pet bicycle basket products. A sudden jerk on your pet's neck could cause serious injury in the event of a quick stop or crash.

Q. We are flying with our miniature dachshund from houston, tx to sacramento, ca. He will be in the cabin with us. My question is: What documents/certificates does he need to fly? I called the airlines and they said it is different in some states and it is our responsibility to find out what is required. Not sure where to find out so I'm asking you! Thanks you so much for an answer or if you can point me in the right direction. -- debbie l., katytx, TX
